Job summary

AddForce Human Resources Solution Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a seasoned Manager, FP&A to drive financial reporting, planning and forecasting in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a finance team onshore and offshore while coordinating with U.S.

stakeholders. The role requires 5+ years in FP&A or financial reporting, expertise with Workday Adaptive Planning, advanced Excel and data visualization, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or financial reporting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data visualization experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring finance/reporting team members.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients (Required).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain planning models, forecasting templates, and reports using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Deliver monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and budget-versus-actual reporting packages.
• Support month-end close activities and financial data validation.
• Lead and mentor offshore FP&A team members, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of work.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders and support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests.
