Marsh in Manila - Six/NEO is seeking a Team Lead for Workforce Management to forecast, report, and optimize staffing for service delivery. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence at least three days per week, with collaboration across leaders and teams to ensure resources meet demand.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in workforce management, strong SQL and Power BI skills, and advanced Excel capabilities to automate reports and support capacity planning.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of workforce management experience.
• Hands-on SQL and Power BI.
• Experience in real-time adherence, scheduling, capacity planning or forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA/macros and template creation.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyse production volume and workforce trends for planning.
• Create and update reports for forecasting and capacity planning.
• Produce locked forecasts with the Workforce Manager.
• Monitor performance, schedules, and real-time productivity.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports with insights.
• Consolidate staffing data including vacations and leaves.
• Communicate KPI trends to leaders.
• Support and guide a small team as needed.
