Aprio, a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm, invites you to join its Business Operations - Finance Team as Director, FP&A Workforce Planning in the Philippines. You will oversee workforce planning, data integrity, and KPI tracking.

Lead Workday data cleanup, model workforce scenarios, partner with leaders to translate strategy into action, manage onshore/offshore teams, and champion automation and AI to improve accuracy and reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, HR, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in workforce planning, FP&A, people analytics, or a related discipline, including team leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Workday (HCM and/or reporting) strongly preferred.
• Experience designing workforce or capacity models and partnering with senior business stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging offshore teams and automation to scale operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the firm’s workforce planning function, setting direction across data integrity and workforce strategy.
• Lead Workday data cleanup and hygiene efforts, leveraging offshore and junior resources and automation to ensure accurate, reliable workforce data.
• Develop workforce models and scenario analyses that quantify the impact of offshoring and automation on capacity, cost, and capability.
• Partner with business leaders to translate workforce strategy into actionable plans that create measurable value.
• Define and track KPIs for workforce data quality and workforce planning effectiveness.
• Build, mentor, and manage a team that spans onshore and offshore resources.
• Identify and champion automation and AI opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
