Job summary

Arcadis in Makati, Philippines seeks a Senior Workforce Planning Manager GEC to drive 12-week forecasts, optimize resource deployment, and lead a team of Resource Planners across global accounts.

You will work with Service Directors and Talent Acquisition partners to align demand with capacity, monitor productivity, and deliver proactive insights to leadership. The role requires senior analytical skills and cross‑regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resourcing, forecasting or related analytical roles.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen to translate forecasts into actions.
• Strong analytics skills with ability to interpret workforce data and risks.
• Proven collaboration with service directors, leaders and TA partners.
• Knowledge of talent trends, labor markets and planning data processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the 12-week forecast and highlight supply/demand variance.
• Develop data-driven resource forecasts for proactive decision making.
• Provide recruitment recommendations to service directors and TA partners.
• Maximize talent agility across accounts and optimize resource requests.
• Monitor weekly billable time vs plan and drive performance improvements.
• Lead and develop the Resource Planning team and engage with leadership.
