Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is partnering with a fast-growing multi-brand Food & Beverage organization to appoint a Business Operations Head (COO / SVP) who will shape the company’s expansion and operational excellence. The role reports to the President & CEO and leads enterprise operations across premium restaurant brands, driving performance and long-term growth.

The position requires extensive leadership experience in F&B, with a track record of transforming operations and scaling

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience within the Food & Beverage or Restaurant industry.
• Proven success overseeing large multi-unit restaurant operations or multiple business brands.
• Demonstrated ownership of business performance, operational excellence, and organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise operations across multiple restaurant brands, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
• Own enterprise-wide business performance including revenue growth, productivity, and margins.
• Partner with the CEO and other executives to execute long-term strategic vision and expansion plans.
• Build leadership capability and succession pipelines to support a scalable organization.
