Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction across operations, franchising, supply chain, marketing, and store performance.
• Drive end-to-end operational excellence, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer experience expectations.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams across departments, ensuring accountability, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, and cost control initiatives across all stores and business units.
