FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS in Metro Manila is seeking a Vice President for Operations to lead day-to-day and strategic initiatives across all brands and venues. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive efficiency, profitability, and standards company-wide.

The role requires a proven track record in large-scale restaurant operations, people leadership, and strong financial management. You will shape policies, optimize costs, and ensure compliance across units.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive operational experience in restaurant/hospitality.
• 5+ years in senior operations or management roles.
• Strong strategic thinking and financial management skills.
• Proven leadership, people development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and compliance standards.
• Bachelor's degree in RM, BA, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee operational strategies aligned with growth goals.
• Lead restaurant operations to ensure consistent standards and guest experiences.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Establish policies and standards in line with industry requirements.
• Mentor operations managers and drive a culture of accountability.
• Oversee QA programs and guest satisfaction initiatives with corrective actions.
• Manage vendors, procurement, inventory, and supply chain efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and business reviews to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with CEO and senior leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs to support informed decision-making and targets.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and expansion.
• Ensure compliance across all branches with standards and safety rules.
