Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is partnering with a fast-growing multi-brand Food & Beverage organization to appoint a Business Operations Head (COO / SVP) who will shape the company’s expansion and operational excellence. The role reports to the President & CEO and leads enterprise operations across premium restaurant brands, driving performance and long-term growth.

The position requires extensive leadership experience in F&B, with a track record of transforming operations and scaling

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience within the Food & Beverage or Restaurant industry.
• Proven success overseeing large multi-unit restaurant operations or multiple business brands.

We're partnering with a fast‑growing multi‑brand Food & Beverage organization to appoint a Business Operations Head (COO / Senior Vice President) who will shape the company's next phase of expansion and operational excellence.

Reporting directly to the President & Chief Executive Officer, this executive will lead enterprise‑wide operations across a portfolio of premium restaurant brands, driving commercial performance, operational discipline, organizational capability, and long‑term growth.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid / Field‑Based (Frequent business travel across operations is required)

Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, productivity, cost optimization, and customer experience across all business units.

Translate operational insights into commercial results while continuously improving margins and operational efficiency.

Partner directly with the President & CEO in executing the company's long‑term strategic vision.

Identify opportunities to improve scalability, optimize operating models, strengthen organizational capability, and prepare the business for future expansion.

Leadership

Lead and inspire a large organization of senior operations leaders responsible for 1,000-2,000 employees.

Build leadership capability, succession pipelines, and a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Develop future leaders while creating an organization that can scale with the business.
