• Oversee project margin protection, P&L monitoring, POC accounting, and cost-to-complete forecasting to ensure zero margin slippage.
• Lead site productivity, quality and safety standards, guiding project managers, site engineers, and erection teams to meet milestones and maintain zero-incident sites.
