Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in F&B or hospitality.
• Experience on the floor and willingness to take on responsibility.
• Strong organisation, self-drive, and proactive work style.
• Comfort with wearing multiple hats across ops, content, and supplier calls.
• Interest in Singapore cafe/bar scene is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations across cafe and bar service, including rostering.
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control.
• Support food revenue growth initiatives.
• Own social media content pipeline and coordinate KOL activations.
• Assist with events, brand activations, and partnerships.
• Be the go-to person when management isn't in the room.
