Job summary

Atain is seeking a General Manager – Training to lead the training function across the organization. The role designs and executes enterprise-wide training strategies, drives capability development, and cultivates a high-impact learning culture aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading large-scale training operations within BPO, BPM, Customer Experience, Travel, Technology Services, or Shared Services environments.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate degree preferred.
• Certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Coaching, Organizational Development, or Leadership Development are advantageous.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development; 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

• Lead the Training function across the organization and design enterprise-wide training strategies.
• Establish governance, learning frameworks, and capability-building initiatives.
• Monitor training performance metrics and ensure measurable business impact.
