Job summary

Abenson Ventures, Inc. seeks a Training Manager to lead design, development, and delivery of comprehensive training and development programmes in Metro Manila.

This strategic role supports organisational growth and employee engagement by ensuring access to high-quality learning opportunities aligned with business objectives. The role requires 3–5 years of professional experience in training and development, instructional design, or related fields, with proficiency in LMS and e-learning delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years of training and development experience.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training to diverse audiences.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and training methodologies.
• Proficiency with LMS and training delivery platforms.
• Experience with e-learning development and virtual training (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies and programmes aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging training content across formats: classroom, online modules, and workshops.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning solutions.
• Manage training calendar and coordinate logistics for learning initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via assessments, surveys, and metrics.
• Maintain training records, documents, and LMS compliance.
