Job summary

CHG Global Inc. (World Balance) is seeking a Training Manager to lead the organization’s learning strategy and develop competency-based programs for corporate and sales teams in Metro Manila.

The role emphasizes governance, program design, facilitator materials, and leadership training, with a focus on measurable impact. The position requires strong leadership, experience in end-to-end program development, and the ability to influence at all levels to improve customer experience and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field for Training/ Learning and Development.
• Minimum of 5 years in Training Manager or Senior L&D role.
• Experience in end-to-end training program development and implementation.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.

Learning Strategy

• Develop and execute the organization's learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce capability requirements.

• Establish learning governance, policies, and standards.

• Conduct organization-wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for corporate and sales team.
  

Training Design, Development and Facilitation

• Ensure high-quality, competency-based learning programs are designed and continuously improved to support employee development.

• Design learning curricula and competency-based programs

• Develop facilitator guides, participant manuals, and learning materials

• Develop and facilitate leadership, behavioral, and functional training programs.

Employee Development

• Ensure employees are effectively onboarded and continuously developed throughout their employment lifecycle.

• Enhance the competencies of corporate and sales operations employees to improve customer experience and business performance.

Learning Effectiveness

• Measure and continuously improve the effectiveness and business impact of learning programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Public ,or Business Administration or related filed.

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience as a Training Manager or Senior L&D role.

• Proven experience in end-to-end training program development and implementation.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and facilitation techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
