Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Manager to lead a high-performing team of trainers and content developers. You will design and deliver leadership and frontline programs aligned with business goals and outcomes.

Responsibilities include overseeing the full training lifecycle, content development for clients, and scaling initiatives across sites. You will drive adoption of e-learning tools, assess impact using established frameworks, and partner with leaders to deliver

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years in Learning & Development with training delivery and instructional design.
• 3+ years in leadership or managerial role in L&D.
• Experience in virtual and in-person training for varied audiences.
• Proficient with Articulate, Captivate, Canva, Camtasia.
• Experience deploying and tracking training in an LMS.
• Solid grasp of ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy and the Inductive Method.
• Strategic mindset with strong project management and fast-paced execution.
• Passion for people development and elevating performance through learning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full training lifecycle—from needs analysis to design, delivery and evaluation.
• Oversee development and maintenance of training contents for clients within IntouchCX offerings.
• Manage a team of L&D professionals, including facilitators/trainers and instructional designers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and learning solutions.
• Ensure training content aligns with company values and strategic priorities.
• Drive adoption of learning technologies, gamification, blended and microlearning.
• Lead train-the-trainer programs to scale initiatives across sites.
• Build relationships with business leaders to deliver measurable L&D value.
• Champion continuous learning with new tools and content formats.
