EastWest Banking Corporation seeks a Product Manager (Auto) in Makati to drive the growth of the auto loan portfolio by developing product and marketing initiatives and building relationships with stores and partners.

The role involves analyzing market trends and customer needs to enhance loan offerings, support sales performance, and ensure a positive customer experience through collaboration across Sales, Credit, and Service Delivery teams.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree is required.
5+ years in sales, product management, business development, marketing, or related field.

Drive the growth of the Bank's auto loan portfolio by developing and executing product and marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with stores, clients, brokers, and business partners to generate new loan opportunities and strengthen existing accounts.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to enhance auto loan products and maintain market competitiveness.
Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Service Delivery, and other internal stakeholders to improve product offerings and customer experience.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs that support business objectives.
Monitor product performance, loan bookings, and campaign results, and prepare recommendations to drive continuous improvement and growth.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and product governance standards.
