Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Product Manager (Auto) to drive growth in the auto loan portfolio by developing product and marketing initiatives and building strong relationships with stores and partners. You will analyze market trends and customer needs to enhance loan offerings and support sales performance.

Hybrid work arrangement in Taguig and Makati, with collaboration across Sales, Credit, and Service Delivery to improve products and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, product management, business development, marketing, or related fields, preferably in banking or automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending, auto financing, product development, or financial services.
• Experience in managing partnerships, driving business growth, and implementing marketing initiatives.
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate findings into business cases and management memoranda.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of the Bank's auto loan portfolio by developing and executing product and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with stores, clients, brokers, and business partners to generate new loan opportunities and strengthen existing accounts.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to enhance auto loan products and maintain market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Service Delivery, and other internal stakeholders to improve product offerings and customer experience.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs that support business objectives.
• Monitor product performance, loan bookings, and campaign results, and prepare recommendations to drive continuous improvement and growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and product governance standards.
