Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, client acquisition, or related sales work.
• Experience selling IT products, hardware, software, systems, or related services is preferred but not required.
• Some experience in team coordination, mentoring, coaching, or guiding other sales staff.
• Experience handling corporate, business, government, or institutional accounts is an advantage.
• Comfortable with lead generation, client meetings, quotations, presentations, negotiation, and closing.
• Comfortable working with individual sales targets and commission-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Contact and engage prospective clients through calls, email, referrals, networking, and online channels.
• Present IT products, hardware, software, systems, and technology solutions based on client requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Manage opportunities from initial inquiry through follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing business clients.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline, client records, quotations, and activity reports.
• Coordinate client requirements with technical staff, vendors, and management.
• Supervise and guide 2 Sales Associates in lead generation, client follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Monitor team pipeline activity and help ensure leads and client commitments are followed through.
• Provide basic coaching, direction, and sales support to the associates.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team sales performance.
