Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior IT Engineer in the Philippines to provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, network, and users.

The role involves troubleshooting PCs and peripherals, managing Active Directory and basic network services, coordinating with vendors, maintaining asset inventory, and supporting onboarding and offboarding to keep systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• Experience in IT support or helpdesk is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, network, and user issues.
• Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, peripherals, printers, LAN/Wi-Fi, and basic network issues.
• Administer Active Directory and basic firewall functions, including user accounts and access.
• Manage IT hardware setup, deployment, maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
• Coordinate with vendors on IT procurement, quotations, warranties, repairs and support.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and basic system documentation.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when required.
• Ensure IT systems and equipment remain operational and properly maintained.
