Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Degree in Safety Management, Engineering or related field.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in the field.
• Experience supporting end users for Windows daily PC usage.
• Experience with Windows Server Active Directory, network infrastructure, and file permissions.
• Experience with DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, WINS, IIS, FTP and TCP/IP.
• Strong customer support skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and manage servers and infrastructure services (antivirus, databases, AD, Exchange, file services, firewalls).
• Develop and implement housekeeping routines; monitor system and logs.
• Ensure backups are executed and verify integrity for restores.
• Provide technical support for end users' PCs, laptops, printers, and email.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Handle privileged access, configuration compliance, and vulnerability collaboration.
• Assist with other duties to support the Quality Management System.
