Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, networking concepts, hardware troubleshooting, and Mac OS.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience: At least two years proven experience in technical support and system administration.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Resolve end-user issues with desktops, laptops (PC/Mac), applications, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• System Management: Install, configure, maintain, and monitor servers, networks (LAN/WAN), and cloud services.
• Security & Data: Implement security protocols, manage firewalls, antivirus, data backups, and ensure data privacy.
• Network Administration: Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates.
