Job summary

HRT People Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Technical Support professional in the Philippines to handle complex escalations from L1, focusing on network and server troubleshooting, hardware and software diagnostics, system maintenance, data backup, and cybersecurity concerns.

You will coordinate with external IT vendors, support technicians remotely, and work independently in high-responsibility, mission-critical environments, delivering fast, accurate resolutions under tight timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
3–5+ years of experience in Technical Support, Field Engineering, Application Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical role.
Strong knowledge in CCTV Installation and Monitoring.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, VPNs, LTE/5G connectivity, and device-to-cloud communications.

Responsibilities

Handle escalated complex technical issues including network and server troubleshooting.
Perform hardware and software diagnostics and system maintenance.
Oversee data backup and cybersecurity concerns.
Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary.
