Job summary

Natural9 Corporation in Tacloban is seeking a senior F&B manager to lead both dining and kitchen operations in a demanding hospitality setting. The role requires a proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams and to drive excellence in inventory, cost control, and budgeting.

You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field and be willing to relocate and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support a 24/7 operation in Tacloban City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in a senior F&B management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4-star or higher property.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing F&B teams.
• Proficiency in food and beverage inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.
• Knowledgeable in food costing, purchasing and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Familiarity with food and beverage industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Possess excellent management knowledge in both dining & kitchen operation.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 warehouse operation, including weekends and holidays.
• Residing in Tacloban City or nearby.
• Wiling to relocate with complete requirements.
• Willing to be assigned in Tacloban.
• Can start as soon as possible.
