Job summary

You will lead and coach Front Office staff, coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments, and prepare shift reports to ensure timely turnover and adherence to service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• 2+ years Front Office experience, supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS and Front Office procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Front Office operations and ensure smooth guest service.
• Monitor check-in, check-out, reservations, room status, and cashiering.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Lead, coach, and monitor Front Office staff performance.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements.
• Prepare shift reports and ensure proper turnover of information.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards.
