Job summary

Cevio Hotel Corporation in Tacloban is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred, with 2–3 years in housekeeping and some supervisory experience.

You will supervise, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff, perform room inspections, and uphold sanitation and hygiene standards across rooms and public areas. Strong leadership and communication are essential, along with flexibility for rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping operations with supervisory experience advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, room cleaning standards, sanitation and hygiene.
• Experience in room inspections, quality control, and compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Familiarity with linen management, inventory control, and cleaning chemicals handling.
• Ability to supervise, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff for service quality and efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for coordinating with guests and departments.
• Organizational, time management and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including chemical handling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel PMS is an advantage.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities
