Job summary

GAINSTRONG TALENT SOLUTIONS CORP. is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support our Hotel Reservations account. This blended role handles both voice and non-voice interactions and requires on-site work in Davao City.

You will assist customers with reservations, inquiries across voice, chat, and email, and provide accurate information on rates, availability, and policies. Candidates should have at least college-level education and 6 months BPO experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with hotel reservations, bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Handle customer inquiries through voice, chat, and email.
• Provide accurate information about hotel rates, availability, amenities, and policies.
• Assist customers with booking and payment-related concerns.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Process and update reservation details accurately.
• Document customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
