Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Hotel or Resort, as Reservations Agents.
• Must have strong user knowledge of Outlook, MS Office, OPERA PMS, Siteminder and other relevant software/applications.
• Strong communication skills - oral and written, excellent interpersonal and relation skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
• Available to work flexible full-time hours including weekends, holidays and special events.

Responsibilities

• Responds to all guest reservation requests and provides prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times.
• Answers guest inquiries pertaining to hotel services.
• Updates No-shows and cancellations on all OTAs without fail to avoid unwanted commissions.
