• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Management, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in Airbnb, property management, hospitality, operations, or administration preferred
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Customer-service oriented and guest-focused
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with Airbnb and other booking platforms is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of Airbnb and short-term rental properties
• Monitor and manage reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries
• Coordinate with guests regarding check-in, check-out, and other concerns
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational teams
• Monitor property readiness, cleanliness, supplies, and maintenance requirements
• Assist in managing Airbnb and other booking platform listings
• Prepare reports, records, and other operational documents
• Maintain accurate and organized booking and property records
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and property resources
• Handle and elevate guest concerns and operational issues to the appropriate team
