Buddle is seeking a Guest Liaison and Property Manager Support to handle guest inquiries, vet guests, and coordinate maintenance for short-term rentals in the Manila area. You will manage communications across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and our website, while ensuring a seamless guest experience and timely responses.

The role requires 1–2 years in short-term rental operations or hospitality, strong communication, and solid organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in short-term rental operations, guest communications or hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multitasking.
• Proficiency with booking platforms and property management tools (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Homehero, Google Drive, Gmail).
• Positive, proactive attitude and guest-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Guest Liaison, responding to inquiries across multiple platforms.
• Vet guests and review bookings for potential flags; provide guidance and support.
• Communicate with guests throughout their stay with local recommendations and clear instructions.
• Log and act on guest feedback and maintenance requests; forward emails to relevant team members.
