Responsibilities include optimizing room availability, coordinating with other departments, and implementing front office strategies to improve guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and systems, such as property management systems.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the hospitality industry, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the front desk team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
• Oversee the management of room availability, reservations, and room assignments
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of room occupancy, revenue, and other key performance indicators
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
• Assist with the implementation of hotel policies and procedures
• Contribute to the development and execution of front office strategies and initiatives
