• Proficiency in hotel management software and systems, such as property management systems (PMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the hospitality industry, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Proficient in Ezee Absolute System.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the front desk team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Oversee the management of room availability, reservations, and room assignments.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of room occupancy, revenue, and other key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
