Job summary

Sotogrande Hotel and Resort Group is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations at Sotogrande Iloilo Hotel Inc. in Iloilo City.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and efficient hotel operations in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have at least two years in a front office supervisory role, strong customer service, leadership, and proficiency with hotel management software, including Ezee Absolute System.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office supervisory role within hospitality.
• Excellent customer service skills and a track record of guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities with ability to develop a high-performing team.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and systems, such as property management systems.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and staff.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about hospitality, committed to exceptional service.
• Proficient in Ezee Absolute System.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the front desk team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process for a seamless guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Oversee room availability, reservations, and room assignments.
• Monitor records of occupancy, revenue, and other KPIs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Assist with implementation of hotel policies and procedures.
• Contribute to development and execution of front office strategies and initiatives.
