Job summary

Bloomberry Resorts And Hotels Inc. is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team, handling guest orders, reservations alignment with dining setups, and ensuring hygiene and service standards across bar, restaurant, and hotel operations.

The role includes cashiering duties after training, memory of menus and promotions, and proficient use of systems like Birchstreet and OpenTable to optimize service and upsell to guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years' experience in bar, restaurant, and hotel operations.
• Can administer cashiering functions after completion of the training.
• Knowledgeable in using relevant systems such as Birchstreet, Agylysis, Opentable, etc.
• Understands concept of guest service.

Responsibilities

• Perform guest and supplies inventory.
• Complete opening, closing and hygiene checklists.
• Ensure reservations of the day match dining setup per table.
• Complete mise en place before, during and after operations.
• Ensure all table setups are sanitized and complete.
• Take guests' food and drink orders with accuracy and guests' preferences when communicated, and up-selling whenever possible.
• Memorize menu, daily specials and monthly promotions.
• Deliver orders promptly from the kitchen or bar and observe proper ordering procedures.
• Inspecting all items before serving, for appearance and temperature.
• Assist in clearing tables as necessary.
• Ensures all hygiene standards and procedures.
