Qualifications

• Take drink orders, provide recommendations, and address guest requests to enhance their experience.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and casino specifications.
• Demonstrate expertise in mixing a wide range of cocktails, mixed drinks, and other beverages.
• Ensure beverages are made with attention to quality, taste, and presentation.
• Accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
• Ensure all financial transactions are correctly recorded in the system.
• Handle tips and gratuities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glasses, and disposing of trash.
• Monitor the cleanliness of the bar, including floor areas, equipment, and storage spaces, throughout shifts.
• Keep track of bar inventory, inform management when supplies are running low, and assist with restocking.
• Follow all legal and company guidelines regarding the service of alcohol, including verifying the age of guests and ensuring responsible service.
• Adhere to safety procedures, and report damaged or broken equipment to management promptly.
