Job summary

Solaire Resort in Manila is seeking a guest services professional to warmly welcome guests, assist with dining reservations, and ensure smooth service across outlets. You will update guest profiles, handle inquiries via email and SMS, and upsell offerings while memorizing menus and promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year experience in bar, restaurant and hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming, assisting and providing high-quality service to guests.
• Updating guest profiles log sheet including forecasted VIP arrivals.
• Can perform guest and supplies inventory.
• Completing opening, closing and hygiene checklists.
• Ensure that reservations of the day match the dining set-up per table.
• Respond to guest inquiries received via email and SMS.
• Taking guest food and drink orders with accuracy and upsell when possible.
• Print menus for the restaurant including special artwork requests.
• Ensure promotional collaterals are up to date (LED display, website, bill talkers).
• Memorize menu, daily specials and monthly promotions.
• Escort guests to their allocated table and maintain service flow.
• Ensure all hygiene standards and procedures are met.
