Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels Inc. seeks an experienced Restaurant Operations Supervisor to lead the luxury dining team at its five-star property in the Metro Manila area. You will oversee staff, VIP arrivals, and events while upholding Forbes Travel Guide standards and outstanding guest relations.

The role focuses on seamless service, staff development, and driving revenue through exceptional hospitality and event execution. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

• Proven experience in a five-star hotel or integrated resort environment.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and luxury service standards.
• Forbes Travel Guide standards familiarity is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage restaurant events, group bookings, and guest relations effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct daily briefings, assign stations, and ensure proper staff deployment.
• Monitor inventory, guest supplies, and operational requirements to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Handle VIP arrivals and ensure guest preferences and special requests are properly executed.
• Coordinate and oversee restaurant event orders and group bookings.
• Address guest concerns promptly using effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Support revenue generation initiatives while ensuring operational excellence and service consistency.
