Job summary

Solaire Resort in Parañaque invites applications for a restaurant/bar staff role. You will take guest orders, ensure accuracy, manage guest preferences, and contribute to smooth dining operations under established standards.

You will perform opening/closing checklists, maintain hygiene, memorize menus, and assist in table setups and clearing. Prior experience in hotel, bar, or restaurant operations is required, along with cashiering training.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years' experience in bar, restaurant, and hotel operations.
• Ability to administer cashiering functions after training.
• Knowledgeable in using systems such as Birchstreet, Agylysis, Opentable.

Responsibilities

• Take guests food and drink orders with accuracy and accommodate preferences.
• Memorize menu, daily specials and monthly promotions.
• Deliver orders promptly and observe proper ordering procedures.
• Inspect items before serving for appearance and temperature.
• Assist in clearing tables and maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensure all hygiene standards and procedures are followed.
