Job summary

Antasis Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a proactive guest services specialist to manage high volumes of calls, emails and chats, assist guests with bookings, changes, and special requests, and deliver exceptional service.

You will work with American guests, leverage basic Excel, and learn reservation systems (SevenRooms a plus). This role offers paid training and opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills with clear and courteous speaking.
• 1–3 years in hospitality, hotel reservations, guest services, or BPO.
• Experience speaking with American customers and handling reservations.
• Hotel operations and guest relations knowledge is a MUST.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills; willingness to learn SevenRooms.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume of calls and reservations via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist guests with bookings, changes, and special requests.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Support guest relations and ensure smooth hotel operations.
