Job summary

Sotogrande Cebu Hotel Inc., part of Sotogrande Hotel and Resort Group, is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations at Angasil Rd, Mactan. You will oversee scheduling, guest check-in/out, inquiries, and room availability to ensure smooth and memorable stays.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a front office supervisory position within hospitality, plus strong leadership and customer service skills. Proficiency in the Ezee Absolute System and PMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and systems, such as property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the front desk team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Oversee the management of room availability, reservations, and room assignments.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of room occupancy, revenue, and other key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Assist with the implementation of hotel policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the development and execution of front office strategies and initiatives.
