Job summary

Armada Hotel Manila is seeking a Guest Services Officer to support guests and departments with information, orders, and dispatch services using a computer terminal, console, pagers or two-way radios. The role emphasizes accurate data collection on guest requests, comments and complaints, and providing timely information.

The position focuses on delivering hospitality with a positive, proactive attitude, up-selling hotel services, and ensuring smooth operations across front desk and guest

Qualifications

• Handle guest and administrative message service
• Upsell hotel services while addressing guests by name and maintaining a positive can-do attitude
• Inventory control and issuance of keys, radios and pagers
• Log telephone repair and emergency reports with appropriate tracking codes
• Provide callers with hotel information and maintain information files
• Be familiar with, inspect, and maintain all Guest Services office equipment
• Use pagers, radios and two-way communication systems
• Prepare all Guest Services reports
• Assist and process all in-house requests and needs from all departments
• Perform concierge duties such as booking tours and transportation, directions, hotel information, restaurant information
