Job summary

Armada Hotel Manila is seeking a reservations coordinator to direct and coordinate the reservations team and ensure timely handling of all inquiries. You will maintain accurate data entry, keep the database updated, and monitor inventory to maximize yield and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate subordinate reservation staff to ensure that day to day operational matters are handled on time
• Handle all reservation correspondence and inquiries quickly, efficiently and accurately
• Ensure that all reservation details are accurately entered into the computer in a timely manner
• Regularly update the database ensuring accuracy of details
• Ensure that contract rates and allotments in the computer are up-to-date and current
• Monitor the hotel room inventory, maximizing the yield
• Monitor and control the hotel overbooking status ensuring it remains within the predetermined levels
• Organize and maintain trace and filing system for all reservations
• Maximize the room revenue of the hotel by up selling all hotel products and services
• Ensure all departmental reports are produced accurately and punctually and distributed to the relevant departments
