Qualifications

• Experience in front desk / customer service in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PMS software.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Friendly, patient, and service-oriented demeanor.
• Willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Maintain accurate guest information and records.
• Assist with luggage handling and concierge support as needed.
• Proactively promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Perform administrative duties and support daily front desk operations.
