Job summary

Okada Manila is seeking a Front Office Agent to deliver quality guest service through check-in/check-out and related services. You will operate using established systems, balance cash, and support the Front Office Center with calls and reports.

The role requires 1 year of Front Office experience in a 5-star hotel, fluency in English, and flexibility for shifts including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of gaming and entertainment is a plus.

Qualifications

• College level or equivalent professional training.
• 1 year of Front Office experience in a 5-star hotel preferred.
• Fluent in English; other languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist guest check-in and check-out with established procedures and systems.
• Balance cash floats and prepare reports with accuracy.
• Handle Front Office calls, emails, and center reports.
• Promote hotel services and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel events, gaming, F&B, and entertainment.
