Job summary

Okada Manila is seeking a Front Office Agent to deliver a premium guest experience through check-in/check-out operations and related services. You will work with established systems and ensure accurate payment handling and room allocation.

The role requires at least 1 year in a Front Office setting, fluent English, and tech proficiency with MS Office and hotel systems. Shift flexibility, including overnights, weekends, and holidays, is essential.

Qualifications

• College-level education or equivalent professional training.
• 1 year working experience at the Front Office preferably in a 5 star hotel.
• Fluent in oral and written English.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during check-in and check-out with accuracy and courtesy.
• Process payments and balance cash float daily.
• Handle Front Office calls, emails and reports for the Center.
• Support up-selling and promote hotel services to guests.
• Perform night audit tasks and balance transactions for Finance.
