In this role you will lead a team, maintain pristine guest rooms and bathrooms, replenish amenities, report maintenance needs, and interact with guests professionally, all while delivering Shangri-La’s celebrated Asian hospitality. Fluent English and a passion for guest satisfaction are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping operations.
• Fluent English and local language (where applicable).
• Detail-focused and guest-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be challenged and adapt to a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily running of the housekeeping operation.
• Support the Service Manager in maintaining service quality.
• Supervise the team performance and process flow.
• Maintain and clean guest rooms and replenish room supplies.
• Maintain and clean bathrooms and replenish bathroom amenities.
• Tidy and arrange guest belongings when cleaning the room.
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met at all times.
• Maintain and clean hotel corridors.
• Report any maintenance-related issues to the Engineering Department.
• Interact and assist guests professionally when needed.
