Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory housekeeping experience in a hotel.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleanliness standards, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for creating a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment that enhances the overall guest experience.

As a key member of the Rooms Division team, you will be responsible for supervising housekeeping associates, maintaining service standards in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the department's commitment to exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises daily housekeeping operations and ensure compliance with hotel standards
