Seda Manila Bay is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring top cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the hotel. The role requires strong leadership and operational expertise to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

As part of the Rooms Division, you will supervise associates, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while supporting continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory housekeeping experience in a hotel.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleanliness standards, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily housekeeping operations and ensures compliance with hotel standards.
• Inspects guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces for quality and cleanliness.
• Monitors team performance and provides coaching and training as needed.
• Responds promptly to guest requests and service issues.
• Manages daily staffing schedules and work assignments.
• Monitors cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities inventory.
• Ensures health, safety, and sanitation requirements are met.
• Assists with peak-period operational duties and supports service improvements.
