Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep active prospects engaged with 10–20 timely follow-ups daily.
• Monitor email and LinkedIn sequences to ensure campaigns run as planned.
• Identify stalled conversations and ensure next steps are completed.
• Build accurate prospect lists matching ideal customer profiles.
• Enrich prospect records with verified emails and LinkedIn profiles.
• Upload contacts and messaging into Apollo, Dripify and related tools.
• Maintain master prospect list and current contact information.
• Update weekly outbound metrics and flag anomalies.
• Replace bounced emails with verified alternatives to protect deliverability.
• Support nurture campaigns and other go-to-market projects.
