Qualifications

• 1–4 years in growth, demand gen, or lead gen roles.
• Experience with inbound or outbound lead generation campaigns.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft).
• Past remote work with US/UK-based teams and strong collaboration via Slack/Zoom/Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Execute inbound campaigns across SEO, content, social, and earned media.
• Run outbound outreach via cold email, LinkedIn, and light calling.
• Experiment with multi-channel growth on LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Reddit, and community platforms.
• Track campaign performance and optimize to generate qualified pipeline.
• Test messaging, targeting, and channels to improve lead generation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine GTM messaging and targeting.
