Job summary

Prezent is hiring a GTM Enablement Lead to join a fast-growing GTM organization. You will work with senior leadership to build and run systems that enable every GTM role to execute the Prezent sales motion with clarity and confidence.

You will own the full enablement lifecycle from onboarding to knowledge and tools, while shaping product positioning and launch readiness with the product marketing function. This role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds scalable programs, and executes

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing and GTM enablement, with 1–2 years in core sales enablement (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Ability to design onboarding, certification, and ongoing skills programs for GTM teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication to align Sales, CS, Product, and Content.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve enablement strategy across all GTM teams to drive revenue.
• Build annual enablement plan and quarterly curriculum, including role-based certifications.
• Design and run onboarding programs covering product, personas, pricing, process, and pitch.
• Drive adoption of sales processes and tools through training and certification.
• Partner with sales and CS leaders on coaching systems and skill development.
• Track success metrics like time to productivity, ramp, and win-rate lift.
