Job summary

St Trinity Property Group in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a GTM Automation Engineer who builds go-to-market tooling. You will own the tech stack across multiple brands, design internal tools and data pipelines, and apply AI coding tools to ship systems used by marketing, sales, community and partner teams.

This hands-on role requires turning manual work into automated processes, shipping production-ready solutions with logging and error handling, and setting standards for how the GTM team

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or GTM Engineering.
• Experience building and deploying tools with AI development tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Hands-on CRM administration at administrator level (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce or GoHighLevel).
• Strong CRM architecture, automation logic and revenue process design.
• Experience with marketing automation and sales engagement platforms.
• Proven experience A/B testing outbound campaigns, funnels and messaging.
• Strong data skills: hygiene, governance, segmentation, SQL or equivalent, and reporting.
• Experience supporting distributed, cross-functional teams across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy internal tools, agents and automations using AI tools and APIs.
• Own and administer the sales and marketing platform layer (CRM, pipelines, automations).
• Maintain CRM data quality and build dashboards on pipeline and campaign metrics.
